Why wouldn't I hire a full-time journey mapping manager?
Good question. For starters, the annual cost of a journey mapping manager typically falls between $150,000 and $200,000, plus benefits (and good luck finding one available). Aside from that, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy at all times, so you're stuck paying for time you aren't able to utilize.
Is there a limit to how many workshops I can book?
Once subscribed, you can add two workshops to your queue at a time, and the workshops will be completed one by one.
Who are the journey mappers?
You might be surprised to hear this, but The Triangle Offense is actually an CX consulting agency of one. This means you'll work directly with me, founder of The Triangle Offense. However, complex requests such as very large and encompassing journey mapping are supported by partner consultants.
What if I need an in-person journey mapping workshop?
Not a problem, happy to work with you in person and meet the team. I will invoice the airfare and accommodations bill directly to your business.
What if I don't like the journey map?
No worries! We'll continue to revise the journey map until you're 100% satisfied.
Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?
Due to the high quality nature of work, there will be no refunds issued.
What programs do you journey map in?
Most requests are in either Miro or Mural.
What type of setup is required for an in-person journey mapping workshop?
A large conference room or meeting space that can accommodate whiteboards (magnetic) and a large group of people.
